Aman Sveti Stefan to Reopen After Six-Year Closure - Settlement Terms Confirmed

Government of Montenegro approved a settlement with Adriatic Properties resolving proceedings at the International Court of Justice in London, clearing the way for Aman Sveti Stefan to reopen no later than June 2026. Under the new terms, lease revenues for Sveti Stefan Hoteli increase from €1,285,000 to €1,555,000 and HTP Miločer from €350,000 to €423,000, inflation-indexed from day one. The state takes 10% of annual profit from leased properties, and the lease is extended by five years to cover the period of closure. No additional construction is permitted in Miločer Park. The deal eliminates a potential €100M+ damage liability for the state. Montenegro's most iconic luxury property returning to operation after six years is a material signal for the ultra-premium coastal segment - validating continued institutional commitment to the Budva Riviera as a luxury destination.
